They have awesome customer service. I needed a pest inspection for home purchase on very short notice. Terminix canceled twice so I was in a bind. They had offered to come out before I called terminix, and I wish I had chosen them the first time. After terminix canceled the second time, I called Buono and they had someone there three hours later to do my pest inspection. This has helped me to close on my loan early. They know a lot about termites and all pests and I felt I was in good hands. I definitely recommend.

I lived in an old Victorian in JP for many years. When we had a grain mite problem, our first pest control was horrible, both in how they treated me, and in their approach.

Luckily, my landlord at the time listened to my advice and he sought another pest control and found Buono. Buono has been amazing! They sent someone who was highly informed, courteous, and thorough. Their approach and advice cleared up the problem quickly.

They also did the rat control for the building, as they had found their way into the basement. They were thorough and effective very quickly with the rat control as well.

Buono Pest Control has been managing our condo pest problem for almost two years.
They evaluated and pointed out problem areas inside and outside.
They fixed the issues of access and then eliminated the rodents.

Every month someone comes by and checks for any new problems.

I had to call today about a new rat family in a hole in the yard. Two people came within 10 minutes, our building is right across the street! I'm sure the rats will be eliminated quickly. You can't prevent all critters from setting up house but you can call Buono to evict the ones you who try!

Excellent experience! Have dealt with other exterminators in the area who were unprofessional and ineffective. The Buonos are friendly and attentive, but most importantly, they really know what they are doing.
